Absolutely incredible customer service! Broke my out of warranty GL frames in two today (right down the middle of the nose bridge). Called the folks at the La Brea store who said they could replace the frames if I brought the lenses from my current pair. Got to the store after work only to realize that I'd left one of the two pieces at the office. Instead of having me suffer for a day without glasses, the optometrist cut me a new set of lenses at no extra charge and fit them into my new frames right then and there. An awesome experience - I was in and out in around 20 minutes. GL has a customer for life. Can't recommend this location highly enough! Thank you!!!

Before this year, I was hesitant to switch from ray bans to GLCO. However, I had heard many great things about the company and the customer service and quality of glasses. I went into the store a few months ago and Minami and Kwan ( sorry if I got the names wrong, it has been a while since I was there ). They were so absolutely helpful, knowledgeable and kind that it made me want to shop in-store at GLCO. I felt they went above and beyond with their customer service. I am sold!

The staff here is always really nice and helpful. I’ve gotten all my pairs of glasses here because they have great styles that you don’t find anywhere else. You can find something flattering for anyone.
