Just had a service call from Diamond Jones and I can't say enough good things about the experience. He's a great communicator, totally professional, arrives prepared and knows his work inside and out. Somebody clone this guy!

Truly excellent work! I wouldn't be aware of how excellent it was if another so-called oven "repair" person hadn't come first and struggled with our 75-year old Western-Holly built-in oven, attempting to figure out how to install the oven door springs which had broken. Short version: Call Antique Stove Heaven FIRST!The Gory DetailsAfter 90 minutes the first guy went away, taking a $300 deposit, and returned a week later with the parts. After another 90 minutes of struggle he gave up and returned our deposit. We bought the parts from him for an excessive price because I felt sorry for him.We then contacted Antique Stove Heaven who had done quality work for us 12 years...read full review
