She doesn't try to upsell or overcharge you for every little thing like other optometry offices. It may be harder to reach her now during the pandemic, but if you send her a few reminder emails, she will always get back to you sooner or later.Dr. Westerbeck is a great new asset to the team there. She is so knowledgeable and keeps up to date on the latest research. So many optometrists just try to stick children in eyeglasses right away without offering alternative solutions. Dr. Westerbeck brought up atropine eyedrops, and we are forever grateful to her for altering the course of myopia that has a lifelong consequence in children.
