We're especially happy with Wendy because she takes care of our 15 yr. old, Bailey. She's so patient with him! Consistently our dogs come home looking and smelling great!“

While I was on vacation for two weeks I totally felt no worries that Zoey was being well taken care of. She makes so many doggie friends there. But the staff is just the best with her. “Editing to add they reached out to reimburse and I really appreciate them fixing the inconvenience!I'm actually really disappointed with the lack of decent customer service after they lost my dogs harness. They promised to call or text with an update but after a week(I was on vacation) of nothing I reached out and the first sentence in their response was "im just not sure he came in with one"... ??? I handed him over to who i believe is the owner by his leash attached to a harness! When I picked him up after grooming I had to walk out with his leash attached to the bandana they put on him-absolutely not ideal with a high energy doodle. I fully accept things happen and intended to replace it on my own but no apology or consideration that they lost a customer item and probably no real intent to look for it is just rude and unacceptable customer service. In the same response she said they had just turned the place over looking for another collar that was lost and found nothing. I guess this was her way telling me mine would of came up while they looked for someone else's yet she also asked me to remind her how ours looked which tells me mine wasnt looked for in the first place.“

“Have been brining by pup here for 3 years. Sammi and the staff are great. You can tell they truly love their clients. They always greet Teddy so warmly. Appointments are reliable - I always get a text + reminder, and flexibility to book appointments / go on waitlists is well-managed. On a couple occasions I've asked to have the cut trimmed a bit tighter in certain areas and I've always been invited to come in ASAP to address. The shop is very cute - retail items + I love that the dogs are not kept in the back - there are small kennels + a communal "waiting area" for clients. Seems like they don't overbook, either - i.e. there aren't a ton of pups waiting, which gives me peace of mind. My pup is usually ready in 1-2 hours. Highly recommend!“

I took my dog in for a washing, nail trim, and ear cleaning and she got it done perfectly. “I used Finest City Dog Training (Jessica is AMAZING) for my new puppy. She referred me to Shannon for pet sitting. I had to go out of town for four days, and my Pup was only four months old, I almost canceled…. Until I met Shannon! We had a meet and greet and I could immediately tell she was a very loving dog person! My puppy stayed with her for four days. I received pictures and a report each day, he had a fabulous time! Shannon brought him in to her home and treated him like a part of her family. It was very comforting knowing that he was in good hands while I was so far away, I will definitely use her again and again and again!“

“This was Arie’s first time at The Dog Society and the four hour assessment. We knew that initially she would be shy/timid but per the staff after about 20 minutes she began to warm up to the rest of the pack. Best of all she was very tired once she got home! We plan on having Arie use both daycare and overnight stays.“
