Nvision was going to charge me over $5000 for the procedure and I ended up getting the same quality of care at Lasik MD for $3800 (both eyes with Contoura). I am so satisfied with my vision (I'm seeing almost 20/10 now!) and could not be more thankful to all the staff at Lasik MD. Special thanks to Aubrey, Edgar, Kady for great customer care. “They make me feel like family and Dr. Kasanoff is really great as is his office staff. Dr. Kasanoff has even made a parking lot call. I was suffering from really bad sciatica. I was coming in to get a new pair of glasses and have them fitted. He kept an eye out for me and walked out to my car so I would not have to come in. He did that on his own, I had no idea. I was so grateful he cared enough to help me avoid the brutal pain I would have experienced if I had to walk into the office. If your insurance has him on the approved list, give them a call, you won't be disappointed“

“It started off with a big smile and welcome from Haykel, as he asked me to fill out some information and then I went for in for the initial tests with Brenda, who is the greatest Doctor's technician ever! She was a delight to chit chat with! Elias brought me in for a hybrid interview with an optometrist and he also was the one to clean and tighten up my old glasses. What a nice guy! I was then brought over to Martha to complete my visit after I picked out 2 of my favorite frames. There are so many frames to choose from and it was relaxing picking them out as no one pressured me. Martha and Haykel were thorough as they explained all options to me, again without pressure. They discussed what'sbest for me and I didn't feel like they tried to over-sell me. They all were so kind, nice, and polite! Bottom line...their customer service was extraordinary!“
