Melange studio is a golden spot for healing. Shabnam is a wonderful instructor who puts a lot of care into her clients. Great for rehabilitating an injury, staying aligned and recreating balance within. Thanks Shabnam !
I have been suffering with back problems for many years, and started Pilates sessions at Melange Studio six years ago. Since working withShabnam on my individual needs I have become pain free. I also love the calm and friendly non competitive nature of the studio.I absolutely recommend having Shabnam as a Pilates instructor.
Melange studio is the best Pilates/yoga studio I've ever been to, all thanks to Shabnam! I have never had such a high-level experience anywhere else. Shabnam truly cares for her clients and is extremely kind, positive, knowledgeable, thorough and patient. I've been going to her for years now, and will continue for as long as I can. She pushes me to do my best and keeps me extremely motivated. I love that I get private sessions too! 5 stars
