Great experience. Friendly and efficient staff. Dr. Ho is a master of her craft. A very thorough check up followed by excellent work done on my teeth. I am very happy with my visit.

Dr. Ho is patient and great to work with. She knows what she's doing and I have a serious fear of needles and anytime she numbs me she is careful and takes her time. I love that she's open on Saturday's and is always so sweet to connect with.

The staff at this office was very friendly and the services were professional. The reason I will not go back is the doctor is overly aggressive in her assessments. I have had relatively good oral health for years, with only one crown that was a result of neglecting a cavity 20 years ago when I was 19 and thought I'd live forever. But when Dr. Ho examined me, she said I had inflamed gums with pockets up to 7 mm. She also recommended replacing the crown that was only two years old. I agreed, as I was not thrilled with my last dentist and decided it was probably best. Six months later I am informed I need a descaling deep clean not covered by insurance. It seemed I needed to spend $800 each time I opened my mouth. I sought a second opinion and without any prompting the new dentist said my deepest gum pocket was 4mm and was normal for middle age. I asked the head dentist to also take a look and he said I had good oral health and could see I had good practices. The only thing they suggested was a night guard to help with stress clenching. My conclusion is that Dr. Ho is just too cautious for my taste and I am not willing to spend the money to chase every shadow of dental concern. I'm middle age and I cannot expect the teeth of a 19 year old... actually I think my teeth are better now that I think of it.
