“To put it simply, Cara changed our lives and helped with something we thought was impossible ? We were completely unprepared bringing home our newborn baby in July to meet our high energy 5 year old bulldog, kenobi. He didn’t adjust well to the baby, and we spent the first two weeks of her life with me upstairs and my husband downstairs with the dog. Every attempt at introducing him to our baby failed and got increasingly worse. We had no other choice than to seek a trainer.Cara immediately identified his food was a contributing issue to his temperament. Within 2 training sessions, we were able to live harmoniously with the baby and kenobi, while spending the rest of our training sessions working on basic obedience.She not only gave us the tools on correcting his behavior, she really explained WHY we use those tools so we could apply them correctly.Kenobi only left the house to go to the vet or to be boarded because he was uncontrollable on a leash. Cara not only taught us how to manage him with a prong collar and leash, the last training session was spent at a park to help our anxiety with having him out of the house. “We wanted our 11 year old small dog pool safe after recently moving. We did some on our own, but Jack came for one hour, and voila! Not only did she ignore me in the pool and go straight to the steps, she was comfortable and relaxed doing it! She does not like water, so if she fell in, we feel confident that she knows how to get out. Not a "one and done" - she keeps doing this like a pro! We are so grateful.“

“We took our new puppy for his very first training at Snug with Dominique and WOW the difference after just one 45-min training is amazing! We shared that the biggest challenge we had was near-constant puppy mouthing/biting, which we had accepted as just a phase we had to wait out. But Dominique gave us strategies that have changed his behavior the same day to nearly zero nips. We have more trainings to come but already can say we wholeheartedly recommend Dominique and Snug!“

“Worked with Maryna for a five day reverse board and train with our 4 month old cattle dog. He is very fearful of strangers and she was kind and patient with him. She provided daily pictures, videos and updates. He has a long way to go but we already are seeing improvements!“
“No complaints really, the staff and doctors are nice my pup actually doesn't mind going here, and she doesn't run scared upon walking in. Only downfall is scheduling can be tough, they are a very busy office and with new animals being adopted since Covid it's gotten somewhat hard to get in for last minute emergencies. But would recommend as a main veterinarian“
