“I've been going to Roots Electrolysis for over a year and it is by far the gold standard for permanent hair removal. I work with Kendra and during our very first session she was extremely professional, kind and informative about the entire electrolysis process.As someone who has suffered from PCOS since I was 14, it's been a constant cause of great shame as a woman due to my unwanted facial and body hair. I like to choose whichever massage therapist is available and each have such a unique style, so now I know who to go to for specific problems. Right now, Jestine is the therapist I see the most. She's very good at releasing large amounts of muscle tension and quickly understanding where problems area are just with the initial assessment at the start of the massage. I feel really confident continuing to see her because I know she's very attentive and thorough. But I haven't had a bad experience yet with any of the massage therapists, and every one working in the front are always so kind. As for facials, I've only seen Rita and she is absolutely lovely and skilled.“
