Very comfortable individual infrared sauna rooms. Due to my full-body aches & pains & service animal, I use the larger room so I can recline & my service animal can be comfortable in her stroller. Since October 2023, the infrared sauna has considerably de-tensed my body & improved my walking & overall motion. The staff are always a pleasure with whom to talk & accommodating in creating a soothing, quiet, relaxing environment.

I found Eco Chateau through an app I use for work. I'm so glad I did because my neck and back were a wreck. The spa is conveniently located in at the Otay Ranch mall across from the Title Boxing gym. When you enter the spa the first thing you notice is that it smells AMAZING. It's incredibly clean, quiet, and the lady at the front desk was nice and asked me if I needed to use the bathroom or get a drink of water. My masseuse was Laura and I chose the Deep Tissue/ Sports Massage. she did an incredible job and she was thorough! She asked me what areas I needed special attention to (my neck, back, legs) and she gave me some time to undress a bit and get comfortable. The massage beds felt like a hotel bed lol. Big blankets, soft sheets! The face rest where you put your face was so soft and cushioned unlike other places I've been to. Laura took her time working out knots, explaining what she was doing, and I felt very relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I am very active and participate in a lot of different sports so I needed it. I highly recommend anyone who needs their body worked on to get a Deep Tissue with Laura. I'll definitely be going back for a longer session.

Amy is an amazing esthetician. I always leave my appointment feeling refreshed and relaxed. She is professional and very knowledgeable. I recommend her to all my friends and family. She genuinely cares about her clients. I am her client for life! I bought a membership because of Amy.
