Myself, my 2 daughters and often times my nieces have been here to get our eyebrows done several times now we've had a great experience every time! The wait is never too bad, maybe 5-10 minutes if that, even if there's a lot of people already waiting. And I've never felt that they've rushed trying to get to the next person. Throughout the process, my skin was very sensitive to the process because I've never been one to do a lot to it (no Botox, fillers, peels, etc.) - virgin skin. Thankfully, Isabelle was kind, patient friendly and fun, distracting me throughout the process.
