The sales rep **** was able to find the right type of flooring for our budget and home structure. He didn't promise me the farm, He explained every aspect of the purchase process. What to expect and what a hick-up could be and how he would resolve it if it happened.I was comfortable in making the purchase. We had a few hick-**** but **** came right back with acceptable resolutions that were not ***** rigged and worked proper. I was spending my savings and he understood that. “I worked with Andrea at Mitchell's, and with her helpful advice ordered a 13' round seagrass area rug, as well as a seagrass runner for my curving staircase.Jose (Joe) templated the staircase runner, and just finished installing it. He did a great job! I'm sure seagrass isn't easy to work with, (especially considering the pie-shaped treads!) It looks much better than the seagrass runner it replaced.Highly recommended!“

I installed my floors about 6 years ago and last month I went in with a quick question and they offered to come back to the house to look at the problem. “Not enough space or words to describe how amazing this flooring company is. You'd think it was their own home the way Chuey and Jesus ( great name) treated us. In by 9 on Monday, saltillo and marble gone by Tuesday. The "plague ridden" carpet was ripped out and disposed of and brand new LVP placed perfectly along with new carpet in bedrooms. The boys moved all the furniture from room to room with care and concern. They cleaned up each day allowing us to stay in the house eliminating the necessity of a hotel room allowing pets.
