“I'm recovering from upper back spinal fusion surgery. I've been seeing Heather for the past few months and she is amazing! I love that she uses a variety of techniques and approaches to work on areas that need attention - not just my back. She also has great suggestions for things I can do at home to stimulate healing and work on tight areas. My upper back still hurts from my following a strong PT program and being very active, but after I leave Heather, it feels so relaxed and comfortable. I highly recommend her if you're aching and I'm sure she gives an amazing pure relaxation massage, too!“

She also showed me several techniques to help reduce back pain and even offered to have me try different wedges for sleeping and a maternity belt. “Dr. Shahira is the best chiropractor I've ever been too. I was really sick of male chiropractors as I felt they were always too rough with me, and had a hard time finding a female until I received a reco for Dr. Shahira. She really listens and makes you comfortable and has helped me kick some chronic sciatica pain after only a few sessions. Seriously, pain I've had for years, gone after a few sessions. “Cannot recommend Debbie enough for pre-natal massage! I have been to 4 different massage therapists this pregnancy and she is the only one who gives firm pressure to get those pregnancy aches and pains out.
