I was so skeptical and did not expect this to work for my sleep apnea or TMJ. I stopped snoring the very first night and had no jaw pain. The process didn’t make sense to me before I came in but Dr. Siman was very patient with me explaining the treatment and how it works and I totally get it now. Most importantly it works, it’s simple and it’s painless. Highly recommend.

My life has been changed by Dr. Siman. It's been 6 months of treatment and I didn't need to receive any injections or anything scary or painful. I just had an appliance fit specifically for me and after a few months or wearing it magic started to happen. I ate an apple for the first time in over a year and almost cried. Dr. Siman fit me with an oral device for my sleep apnea over a year ago. I had been experiencing episodes with my heart for several years - waking during the night multiple times with accelerated heart rate and blood pressure. The mouthpiece worked immediately and I do not have these disconcerting episodes any more. I no longer snore ? after a repeat sleep study my apnea ceased to exist.The device changed my health! Dr. Siman and his staff are wonderful and very helpful. If you have sleep apnea the oral device is worth the investment!
