On a scale of 1 to 10, NorCal Craftsman gets an '11' for the excellent overall performance Dan's team delivered for a deck replacement project on our home. His proposal was very competitive, he estimated the work would take 3 weeks and it was completed within that time frame, our neighbors on both sides had some personal 'sensitivities' and his team was very respectful of them, and they consulted with us on options for any issues that arose or minor changes that needed to be made. Overall this project ranked as one of the very best experiences we have had with a contractor since we bought our 90+ year old home in 1980 thanks to Dan and his chief assistant Jacob - both great guys to work with.
