I have no tattoos... My review is about dealing with the staff outside of Industrial Tattoo. These were " Salt Of The Earth " type people. Hard to find solid, good people nowadays. I had the pleasure of helping a few at my job and all the staff is so polite and tips extremely well. The people here are super nice, chill. If I ever do get a tattoo it will be from Industrial. Thanks for being awesome.

This place is always lovely. Jewelry is high end so if you're looking for a cheap experience go elsewhere. Piercers are friendly, communicative and full of knowledge. All staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. This will be my only piercing studio in the bay.

I was looking to repierce one ear and pierce the other for the first time and chose this place based off reviews and location. They let me come in the shop a few days before and check out the earrings, get advice on what would be safest and talk pricing. The person helping me was super helpful, nice and respectful. Zero ego or attitude and very down to earth. They even encouraged me to get a safer stud to start out with. I was stubborn and got earrings instead lol . Even then, the piercer, Marina, I believe, did an amazing job! I chose a slightly thicker gauge, went with the earrings and have had no issues. They gave me clear instructions for aftercare and sold me a simple soap and saline spray that was really cheap. Overall leaving this review because they do amazing work, great customer service, have cheap/affordable prices and 3 months later my ears have zero problems, no keloids, and are healing perfectly. Definitely would recommend or go again! Very happy with the results!!! The earrings definitely are a nice addition!!!
