Disappointed. Would not let me see where my cats were being boarded but said they would send a picture. 24 hours later no pictures. 2nd request no pictures threatened to come get the cats and block my credit card payment and I got a picture. Won't return.
We've been boarding our cats with Cats' Inn for several years now and we've always had a positive experience with them. Every time our cat came home clean, well fed, and healthy. They love cats at Cats' Inn and it shows. The staff is also consistently courteous and professional.
Highly recommend. They are so friendly and have a lot of fun activities for cats. I felt ensured that my cat was well taken care of, playing with other cats, and properly pampered during her stay here!
