This 5 stars is specifically for Miriyam. She braided my son's hair last week and the result was an immaculate set of perfectly neat cornrows. The only thing better than Miriyam's skillset is her lovely personality and professionalism. She was punctual and started on my son's hair as soon as we walked into the shop. I wholeheartedly recommend this stylist and will definitely be a repeat customer.
I had some straight back cornrows done by Miriam and they were the neatest, least painful braids I've had in a while. She really listened to my input on the style and pain level - I would 100% recommend this salon and stylist!
I've been a client at this establishment for more than 30 years. The shop is nestled back in an Altadena shopping center and hides to all but those knowing of it. The salon has a pleasant and fun atmosphere, and is extremely beautifully hung with art works, bright lighting, some of which can be purchased, and a variety of stylists eager to please. Check it out.
