Initially, the heat pump has been receiving errors due to the manufacturer made machine, cal star has come in right away every single time and fixed the issues. They have been extremely responsive. “EMINS is absolutely my new go-to if I ever have HVAC issues, and will be the first company I recommend to family and friends.We had an issue with heat not coming out in our unit and received services from another company to fix this. After paying the other company, the issue persisted and we were told we need to buy a new AC (which would be $10k+!).
