“This location is very convenient for me because I live right down the street. I haven't had an issue with any staff but was seeing a massage therapist (not going to name drop) but I saw her quite a few times and I like to go later in the day so I can just go home and relax for the rest of the evening so my last massage with said therapist was @8pm & she was nodding off (falling asleep) during our session. It was uncomfortable but after a few seconds she'd start back up again. I'd never had such a thing happen before it was kind of comical. I got through the session and booked again thinking I'll give her another try, we're all human, so I was trying to be understanding. Fast forward to the day of our next session and an hour before they call the reschedule because the therapist had to go home. I was irritated and asked whom they'd recommend for me to see, so I ended up with Danielle. I've seen her now 3/4 times and she's amazing! So long story short book with Danielle if you're looking for a massage therapist who cares and makes me feel comfortable, relaxed, and brand new at the end. I will continue to see her and hopefully follow her wherever she ends up.“

“I had a wonderful time at spa ritual getting a couples massage for my birthday. We ended up just going for the day without staying at the hotel. Online booking was easy and you can get different add-ons to your massage even with a couples massage, so you don't have to have the exact same massage as your partner. Mine got the basic massage while I added the hot salt stone. The room was clean and relaxing. Even if you don't stay at the hotel, you have access to all the spa amenities, which include a steam room, sauna, showers, hot tub for the ladies (they said they will be adding one to the men's side), and a coed relaxation room that has lounge chairs and coffee and snacks. The showers and saunas also have everything you need like towels, slippers, shampoo and body wash, so you can just show up and be taken care of. The price was comparable to other hotel saunas. This particular one was recommended to us so we tried it out and had a great experience. Afterwards we walked around the casino and got some dinner at the restaurants in the hotel. I would definitely come back and try some of the other services that they have. We did not have to pay for parking and there was plenty of space when we went. Next time I think we will book a room so we can experience more of what the spa has to offer.“
