I have been going for a 2 and half months now and I really enjoy the techniques. I also like how we get to practice the moves with each other and get to explore it more. Sije Yuka is also a very nice and a good teacher to learn from she really inspires me. The community is very nice and helpful. Overall I enjoy learning and being there.

I entered the studio late, but was greeted with kindness. The students, ages young person to elders, the fluid movements of the instructors, the ease and gentleness of the way they calmly and precisely encouraged students to mirror their movements was fascinating. I am so looking forward to my first class and the classes that follow for the opportunity to learn self-defense and gain strength in my body and mind!
