“I came in after suffering a rotator cuff injury that I couldn’t heal on my own. Neil was great from the start. He took the time to fully assess my injury during the first appointment and gave me exercises to do daily to strengthen the muscle. Over the next few appointments we slowly progressed with different exercises as I regained strength in my shoulder until last week when Neil told me I was good to go. “Honestly I’ve never had an appointment here, only called to inquire about one and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and had no customer service skills at all. Pretty disappointing when the practitioners are probably sweet and good at their jobs. I’ll rate it high for them! But wish I could give 1 star simply to the woman that answered the phone“
