“This was a first experience with permanent make-up for me; I had micro-blading on my eye-brows. Naturally enough I was somewhat apprehensive about how things would turn out! However, I needn’t have worried at all. Nasim was absolutely brilliant, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She is truly an artist. My brows look totally natural. The application was uncomfortable, rather than painful, but the whole procedure was completed relatively quickly.Nasim was very kind, polite and professional. The salon was very clean and hygienic. “I had a brow, wax and lamination appointment with Michelle. She took her time and mapped my brows out properly. My brows have never been so full before. I love it.She was kind and explained the whole process to me. I was in Vancouver for vacation and had taught me alot about brow lamination that my current brow tech has not told me. Like not using retinol creams before was appointments.The service and Michelle was top notch. Will definitely come back when in Vancouver again.“

“With every lash horror story, I had my fair share. I found Lash Doll through IG & thought I'd give it one more try, after a good 10 years! I ended up booking an appointment with Christine at the Burnaby location. The experience was amazing, I fell asleep throughout my appointment & woke up with fluttery eyes. When I got home, my eyes started stinging from the fumes, and let them know that I had applied eye drops on the left side which caused most of the lashes to fall off. (You're not supposed to get your lashes wet within 12-48hrs). One of the girls responded right away & booked a complimentary visit the following week as my schedule is pretty hectic. The second appointment, I informed Christine about the fumes of the adhesive & she used a different one on me, apparently during my first appointment my eyes were a little open but I wouldn't' be surprised I was deep asleep. Fast forward, after my second appointment, they came out so fluffy & fluttery and no redness or stinging, it must have been the adhesive that I had a reaction to. The experience was overall handled greatly. I highly recommend the Burnaby Location & book with Christine!!!“

I've been to MANY different waxers and it's mostly been the same treatment, and I've been shamed as someone with looser skin due to a heavier than average body. “I had one of the most amazing massages ever by Villiam! He is thorough and clearly knows what he is doing. I have had a lower back injury from whiplash for 20 years and he worked on the area in a way no one else has, and I’ve had a lot of work done on it! He came back in the following morning to give me a second treatment, even though he was not scheduled (I was flying out that day) and his follow-up helped even more. I am now injury-free and this was 4 months ago! He has a background in physiotherapy from outside of Canada - that mixed with his massage training is the perfect combination!I highly recommend Villiam, and my experience of being at Vida spa was also very positive.
