The optometrists are great with patients and the support team is helpful! All of my family uses this clinic. Would recommend to others. Highly recommend for contact lens fitting by Dr. Nancy Friessen! She is very skilled, professional, personable and empathetic with patients.
I live out of province and had a bad case of pink eye. After seeing a doctor and the pink eye getting worse I called a few optometrists to try and get an appointment. Visio first made the effort to fit me into their book solid day. Optometrist Lukas was awesome. Very knowledgeable and great to speak to. He recommended a different prescription and the pink eye cleared up almost immediately. If I lived in the Kelowna area I would be visiting this place regularly for my check ups.
I had been to several shops looking for new prescription sunglasses with none I loved, and Quinn and team helped me make my dreams come true by getting me my custom pink lenses! The experience was painless, and a week later they have arrived and are everything I wanted. I will be back!
