I was referred by an acquaintance after being rear-ended and right away felt acknowledged as a person -not a patient- by Dr. Kevin who showed genuine concern for my spinal health which, in turn prompted overall health education with his vast knowledge of how each system of the body is intergrated. Despite my yo-yo progress, Dr. Kevin has been persistent and patient while demonstrating empathetic professionalism. His support staff always welcome me with big smiles which makes the whole experience positive. I could not be more pleased with my choice of chiropractic care and I've seen many over the years living with chronic pain.

Dr. Susan Holroyd goes above and beyond with care for her patients! She keeps updated on all the new technology, exercises, vitamins and supplements to recommend. She readily answers questions and explains any new procedure she is using. All staff are polite, welcoming and make people coming in their door feel very welcome! And they readily make accommodations for clients to cancel or change appointments without a hassle. That is rare these days.

I was out of province for a while and Suzanne, Kevin and Kayla (their receptionist) were so welcoming... Suzanne as usual was very sympathetic to my issue concerning my health and did as always her utmost to relief me of my discomfort with her gentle and precise adjustments. So glad to be back....Thank You
