In our day and age it is often difficult to find an individual who has pride in a job well done as well as having great social skills. Yesterday we met Terry who came to our unit to fix some damage on our countertop and he displayed both of these qualities.

I would like to give a big shout out to Terry Laurin and Happy Campers Kelowna RV Repair Service for the outstanding customer service they provide. I personally am going through some warranty issues on my new rv and am having a terrible time navigating with the company I purchased through which in turn is taking its toll on my health. Terry being intuitive and in the business for some time now realized things were not going as per specifications and questioned the whole procedure.
