I wanted a sympathy arrangement in memory of someone who had been a fantastic musician. Carls Flowers went out of their way to find musical notes to add to the arrangement. The family responded with “The bouquet is outstandingly beautiful. The musical notes made it so special”. What great service to accommodate my request.
I bought from their compitition. Passionate flowers. Only to have them fix it. It was amazing. They saved the day. And we're so pleasant snd understanding. Best in kelowna. They have all my business now. Great experience great place amazing staff.
Carls Flower Company provided the corsages and boutonierres for our wedding. Even though we ordered from them pretty last minute, they did a great job of meeting our needs! They turned out beautifully and our wedding party looked great in them. The flowers they selected matched our wedding colours. The staff was very friendly.
