The older woman who works in Esquimalt now (6 months) is very slow. She repeats explanations 3-4 times with every client which results in long (30-60 mins) wait times for each client. She keeps saying, "I'm new. Thank you for your patience." But 6 months is not new. I finally went to the Quadra and Hillside location and was out in 5 mins. This woman also suggested I visit another location. And I'm happy I did.

The Money Mart in Esquimalt is the best. The management and staff are personal and perfessional and will do everything they can to help the customer have the best experience and do things quickly.
