Fantastic service. Not only did they recover all my data from my bricked laptop but they went they went above and beyond to get that data to me in time for deadlines at work. If I could give six stars I would.

I can't say enough about how positive my experiences have been at Digital Rabbit. Whether it's issues with my old MacBook Pro or my aging cell phone, Blair and his wife have put me at ease with their technical expertise and friendly manner. I always walk out've there with a smile and one less problem to deal with.

At the most inopportune time, Microsoft software began displaying error messages on my laptop with prompts to 'repair, close or help tabs' - each without success. Rebooting brought no improvement either.Considering various repair options, I opted for my brother's recommendation, DIGITAL RABBIT CELLULAR.Parking was plentiful, their office welcoming with two year old pup relaxing comfortably in her kennel. The technician, Blair Skinner, noted the problem and offered to call at day's end with results.
