I've been a part of the Crossfit Lifetree community for about two years. It is the best gym I've ever been to; the coaches are knowledgeable and kind, and the community is unparalleled.

I love going to CFLT. When I first started going I could barely do a sit-up or a push-up and I would pick the lightes weights. I didn't know what a burpee was. With the support of the coaches and their encouragement I got so much stronger and faster. Here I am now climbing ropes and doing handstand walks. If you want to have fun and get in shape, this is the place to go.

-Great facility.-Knowledgeable coaches.- Warm environment.During the classes you sweat. You are pushed & challenged but there is also a lightness and ease. Coaches and members support each other and laugh easily.-All levels find their place.
