Paul and his employee completed the windows on my clients heritage house today,a very large and in charge house with storm windows. She has had numerous companies over the last couple of decades attempt to "clean" them, some attempted to remove storms, some only washed the exterior of the storms thus leaving the insides of the main windows and storms unattended for yrs. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. They removed all the storms, washed all sides of the exterior windows and cleaned all the spaces between the main windows and the storms. This is no easy task with them having to gently maneuver large windows up and down ladders.Paul genuinely cares about his work and it shows. He was aware of what standing water could do to older wood on the house and made sure everything was dry. They also did a traditional scrub and squeegee opposed to the hose and pole method many competing companies use and the end results were night and day in comparison. I would not hesitate to use his company again in the future and plan to continuously recommend them to my other clients in the future. Every interaction was extremely friendly and professional. It is hard for seniors to instantly have a sense of trust.. My first call was for inquiries. Paul was so helpful . Today they came to do the job which was more challenging than I had described. Everything was handled with ease. They went above and beyond for me to reach the desired outcome . Thank you so much. Was very happy with Coastal Shores, from Paul the owner providing the competitive quote, to Nickolas performing the gutter cleaning as well as fixing a leaking gutter. Nickolas showed up on time and had a friendly personality.
