Cheryl is a spectacular human being. In February a loved one received a terminal diagnosis. He had nothing in place for a will/poa etc. We happened to stumble upon Notaries in Sooke while exploring the near by bakery. Cheryl spotted us outside and came to greet us.She explained everything we needed in detail, provided literature for us to read and set up the appointments so get the documents in place, all moments within meeting her. My son (age 18) was purchasing his first home; Cheryl was recommended to assist. As he had no prior knowledge of the process I asked Cheryl to guide him (I live out of province and was financially assisting). She took him start to finish; providing valuable information on property tax, land registration, timeline. She also gave me regular updates.
