“I broke my 5th metatarsal in December. My mobility was limited which grately affected the arthritis in my right hip. I was unable to do any exercises that would help it. I went to Richard today. He worked on both hips, hamstrings and calfs. It has really helped. He explains everything and also gave me an exercise for my hamstrings i would highly recommend him“
