Absolutely fantastic customer service, so friendly, and extremely knowledgable.I called this studio because a cartilage piercing that I had done a week prior in the UK was very swollen and painful. They booked me in the same day. Madison helped take out the 8mm bar and tried a 10mm bar but said that a 12mm would allow more space for the swelling since it was extremely swollen. She gave me her card and told me to keep in touch with her with the recovery process.I’m honestly so blown away by how wonderful this whole experience was. I will definitely be coming back here again!“
