Today was our first time coming to the Pawlour although I have known Shelley for some time now. Even though I knew he would be in great hands, I was very anxious due to previous trauma with my other dog at another facility. This was my first time bringing my little rescue, Thomas, and leaving him somewhere he wasn’t familiar with but he LOVED it.Shelley sent me little updates to calm my worries and Thomas didn’t want to leave when I came to pick him up. He smells amazing and his nails are perfectly manicured. After our old groomer closed, we were nervous about finding a new place for our pug. Shelley came highly recommended, so we gave PoCo Pet Pawlour a try and have not looked back since. Shelley is kind and really cares about our pet. Our pup gets so excited to go over and see everyone there, which speaks volumes about the care and attention he gets. He always comes back looking and smelling great, de-shed, with his nails ground and, most importantly, happy. The icing on the cake is that the prices are very affordable. We would not hesitate to recommend PoCo Pet Pawlour to everyone.

I have brought my 7 month English cocker spaniel 3 times and they do a fantastic job. Willows groomer is Tori, but all the staff are so amazing, helpful and kind! I’ve asked to get a show haircut for my ECS and Tori truly knows what’s up!! Also not to mention they always have her in something pretty after. Can’t recommend Poco Pet Pawlour enough
