The installation instructions online are generic and not as detailed as they could be, incidentally this is the same information that is shipped with the units. We were provided with no installation information at all for the door hardware, which caused lots of confusion on site, as we were left with no resources to refer to during the weekend installation while the offices were closed. We'd love to see Westeck improve it's online technical support with much more detailed content and even some informational or instructional videos such as those provided by it's main competitors, which we referred to quite a bit.“
