From the get-go, I was so impressed with the care, friendliness, and follow-up I received from the therapists and the staff. Francisco and Christina were exceptional, both from a knowledge and application standpoint. They took the time to pinpoint the issue(s), monitor my progress, and build a gradual recovery plan over a few months to literally get me back on my feet and training daily. It's a two-way street and one has to put the work in between sessions - there are no shortcuts - but I was both surprised and grateful with how well the rehabilitation went, and with minimal residue from the injury. Even with secondary complications they worked to strengthen my core, flexibility, and training technique to reduce further stress.
