Jen has been a great fit for our family. She is very easy to talk with, has lots of ideas for easily applicable strategies, explains concepts clearly. She is warm, non-judgemental, and creates a safe space. We appreciate her vibrant personality and communication skills.

Jen is a registered social worker in BC, a former Canadian Clinical Counsellor. She holds a Masters in Counseling, an Honours Social Work degree and has a Post Masters in Art Therapy through the VATI. Jen has counselled across Canada but always come home to the coast. Jen has lived and worked in Haida Gwaii, Nova Scotia, southern and northern Ontario, on Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast. Jen is passionate about art, animals, her growing family and living in the wilds. ABOUT HER WORK She specializes in issues involving children, sexual abuse, trauma recovery, services to First Nations and womyn, depression, anxiety, ADHD and domestic violence.
