“I started coming here for Agility a few years ago during the pandemic and it has been awesome. I came from another facility and initially was quite nervous we wouldn't fit in as the initial application required a demonstration video but it was fine and more to make sure we were registered for the correct Agility skill level. During the pandemic they followed Public Health Orders and always ensured safety was maintained for dogs and trainers alike. My dog and I were made to feel very welcome and it has been really great training both privately and in group classes. The group class community is very positive and encouraging - people clap for each other, cheer each other on or even trade videos of each other's runs. We also laugh at the silly things our dogs do from time to time. The instructor I've been primarily working with is Elisha and she has an incredible sense of humour, is an encouraging coach and is quick to identify errors and recommend adjustments. All the dogs love her as she often has the best treats for the most challenging obstacles. They have a good registration system in place where if you already have a spot in the class then you have a reserved space for the next series. Private lessons are popular also. Staff are very communicative and kind with questions. Bonus is that their payment system is through a business version of PayPal so I feel my credit card information is safe. I'd highly recommend this place if you're thinking about taking your dog here for training.“

“Harley is so awesome I had to renew my review - my dog Pickles is hypersensitive and she hates getting wet and any kind of grooming. It only took Harley 2.5 hours to finish bath and grooming (this is usually a 4 to 5 hour process) and Pickles (miraculously) was very chill and relaxed after the appointment. Thank you Harley, you are amazing! Kailee is awesome with my dog Pickles! It usually takes more than 3 hours to just get Pickles bathed and haircut done (sometime Pickles struggled so much the haircut and hair dry could only be half done.)Kailee did all the bathing, teeth brushing, haircut, and nail trimming in 2.5 hours which really surprised me!“
