I cannot say enough kind things about this business. I had a tub that would not drain no matter what we tried. We called Hick’s and they came out a few days later to take a look at it. They determined it was the design of the tub that made it hard to drain (and some installer error on our builders part), but instead of recommending that we get a new tub they searched high and low for the parts to fix it. They had no luck finding the parts because the tub was such an odd design, but they didn’t give up. They found a way to make it work and they diligently worked get it operating for us. We called and made "an appointment" for someone to come and inspect our home plumbing system.Someone was to come on Wednesday or Thursday of that week.Nobody showed on either day. We called Thursday to inquire if anyone would be coming. The person who answered said someone would be there. But couldn't give us a time frame No one ever showed.I called the next day on Friday to check the status of our appointment. I called several times that morning and no one answered.Not a professional outfit. Seemingly litte care given to providing good customer service.

Absolutely SO grateful for this company. They worked so hard, so quickly to get the job done and were absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be using their services again and are very pleased with the result. Keep it local!!!Services: Sewer repair
