I got my nails done today by Jimmy. It was my first time to use the place, and I will never be back! The price on the wall said $40 for a SNS manicure, but I was charged $55. When I left the store, I immediately noticed a nail was peeling and cracking. By the end of the night I had three peeling. I will be going back this weekend to get it fixed and express my frustration. I would not recommend this place!!

I decided on a whim to get my nails done as it's been a couple of years but I will NEVER come here again. My nails look horrible and the pain is worse. She managed to file every one of my finger nails sides and make them all bleed and burn for days, not to mention there was nothing sterilized. My blood was all over the file, she just kept on going like nothing happened. She had slapped my hand a few times when I had decided I wanted a French tip instead of color and when I was trying peel off the excess acrylic on one nail that she left hanging. I could have just got glue on nails and it would have looked and felt 1000x better. I plan on going to get my $57 back

Yesterday I had a basic non gel pedicure and a gel manicure. The manicurist that did my pedicure talked me into using the same nail polish for the gel manicure that she used on my toes.When I looked on the bottle of nail polish, the label said 'gel like' shine polish it was NOT a proper gel polish. As she did not speak a lot of English she just shrugged her shoulders as if she didn't understand what I was talking about.The next day after doing absolutely nothing, but wash some dishes, this is what my nails look like.
