Kayla asked if I had time for a 10 minute massage. I could not lie. I could afford 10 minutes but I had conditioner in my hair. She explained that part of her job is to clean the chairs after each person leaves. I received a 10 minute zero massage designed specifically for me. I told Kayla that I have been having trouble with my left shoulder and was afraid that it could be my rotator cuff. I’m only getting older and desire to take care of my body without surgery. She pushed all the right buttons and it worked. My shoulder has not given me any issues and I still sleep however I sleep.
