I can't believe I did not review my initial visit here from a few months ago. When I originally booked online there weren't any issues. Pretty easy setting the appointment. My appt got canceled w/o explanation. I was not happy but it was due to a technical issue. Thank goodness my friend who referred me contacted Whitney and everything was resolved quickly.When I arrived at my appointment, I was greeted and never felt like it was actually my first time coming here. I loved that!!! Whitney has the best personality. She is very knowledgeable about her craft , which I appreciate. Whitney was able to advise me on some different things regarding my hair as I am currently trying to regrow my natural hair back to it's healthier state. It's been a journey for sure. Whew The vibe in the shop is light and fun! The music alone is a vibe! The decor is chic. I really need to get back in Whitney's chair real soon. I was very pleased with my first visit.

I absolutely love this salon. Whitney is the owner and my stylist. She always has positive energy and her booking process is easy and straightforward. Her prices are reasonable and she truly cares about making sure that her clients have healthy hair. When I went to her at other location a few years ago, I had no hair in the back. I was experiencing hair loss due to a medication. I was so scared that it would be permanent. At the time, I didn't even know that it was due to the medication, but she just happen to ask if it was potentially my meds (which turned out to be correct). Her assessment of my hair damage, showed her extensive knowledge in her fieId. She developed a treatment plan for me and I stuck to it with natural hair. It didn't require chemical treatment, and I was excited about this. She always makes sure that I am not there all day and is very respectful of her clients. I always enjoy her staff, as they are very friendly and it feels like I've known them my whole life. The shop is very clean and she always checks to make sure that you are comfortable throughout the process. There are no hidden fees and her prices are very reasonable. Since she has been treating my hair, it is now flowing down my back and it is very healthy. I highly recommend her services or any of the stylists in her salon.
