“Due to poor health, varying/changing medications and hair that grows very slow my hair is a bit of a complicated mess. I have been seeing Tiffany there for 5 years now and with each visit comes new challenges coloring my hair. Everytime I have left shocked and happy. On a couple of occasions she spent way more time than allotted (i'm talking extra hours here) because my hair didn't respond typically and she made sure i was leaving happy with it and my hair in the best condition possible. Her attention to cut/style for age appropriate and on trend always has me leaving feeling current and fresh!! Price point has been consistent and i haven't ever been blindsided by additional fees. I appreciate the whole crew very much!!“

She found reference photos to make sure the idea she had for cutting my hair was what I wanted and kindly provided advice for what she thought would look best on me and my face shape. I have fine curly hair that can be hard to cut and style well. She was able to blend all of my layers beautifully. My family can't stop talking about how much they love my hair and how well the new style suits me! I feel so confident now :)“

“New to Airdrie and looking for a salon for a deep wash of my Afro locs. The receptionist and stylist (Jordan) were amazing. Jordan knows his stuff, which is really cool. However, I agree with reviews on here that their prices are a bit steep. All I did was get a good wash, nothing dramatic, hand held dryer was used until my locs weren’t dripping wet. I do have to add that I’m glad they could offer that service for my hair. Not many salons are brave enough to take up Afro locs. I would recommend Chatters Airdrie for the experience and lovely staff, but not price.“
