“I had to put my 'pet therapist' down after 18 years of companionship. When the dreaded day came and I knew it was inevitable, I called the clinic and they made concessions in their day to accommodate me. They understood that prolonging the inevitable would add stress to my situation. Dr. Sebastian and all staff members were extremely kind and compassionate. This was my first pet loss and it was excruciating painful. Without a different consideration (finding a clinic closer to home) I took my new 'pet therapist', Sir Arthur Pawmer V to the Okotoks vet clinic for his immunization and 'male surgical' procedure. Wow, it doesn't matter what the medical situation is; the same compassion and empathy is there. All instructions were provided to me in detail with opportunity to ask questions. The next day I received a checkup message! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! ?“

“I took my dog Frank to see Chrystal to get his nails done… She’s the first person ever (10 years) who has done his nails without sedation and being a veterinarian. Chrystal was amazing. It was quick and painless. I’m so relieved to know I can take him to someone and it not be so traumatizing for my dog and myself. Thank you Chrystal!! “Great place to go for the pooch. Got a new puppy and put her in classes. Follow the program and have a 8 month old dogs which listens. Can leave door open on house without her running out, goes to her bed and kennel when needed with a single command.“
