I had specified the flowers to be picked up at the Edmonton store, as not to embarrass the lady I was sending flowers to at her at her function. She was unable to pick them up that day due it going past the scheduled time. Karen texted me and said she would put them in the cooler overnight. The next day my friend was able to pick them up and absolutely loved them. Sent me pictures saying how lovely they were. Karen kept me in the loop and was a pleasure to deal with!
