RE: Grad 2020 photos. Understandably graduation ceremonies needed to be celebrated mostly on-line this year, and the usual prom dinner and dance could not happen. As parents we searched for an event that would still be safe for the girls, memorable and special. Lorraine was able to create such an event for us. She arranged a day of pampering with the girls getting their hair and make-up professionally done. My daughters had a great time! Next, was the evening photo-shoot with Lorraine at Bakers Park. The girls looked and felt like fashion models. Lorraine was friendly, creative and ensured the girls felt comfortable. The photos are AMAZING! They are images we will treasure always! Thank you so much Lorraine.

To celebrate my high school graduation, my friends and I did a photoshoot with Mortensen Photography and got to work with lovely Lorraine. What a fantastic experience it was. We got our hair done at Curious Hair Salon and our makeup done by Rachel Jones, who works closely with Mortensen Photography. I was very happy with how beautifully my hair and makeup turned out. The photoshoot itself was not only fun, but working with Lorraine (photographer/ owner) and her daughter was a great experience. They are both very professional and creative. The photos turned out beyond my expectations and I had problems with only choosing a few :) Without any doubt I will work with Mortensen Photography again in the future and I would strongly recommend them to anyone! I have now had two sessions with Lorraine and I can't sing her praises enough! My first shoot with her was to create photos as part of my wedding gift to my husband; a pre-bridal shoot. I was overjoyed at all the images! Lorraine is so creative and wonderful to work with. She made me feel so comfortable and we had a lot of fun shooting in various dresses! My 2nd shoot with Mortensen photography was more recent and I also loved it! As an opera singer I am always needing to update my photos and Lorraine knows just what to say to help capture the perfect images! She helps women feel empowered and beautiful which is not an easy job as we are often so hard on ourselves. I always end up feeling wonderful after spending time with Lorraine! I highly recommend her!
