“I was injured at work and decided to try Lifemark located at Village Square location going through WCB. I booked an appointment with Guneetpal. I was in so much pain in my lower back and leg. He assessed my injury and worked out a plan. Guneetpal is very knowledgeable and slowly I got better doing therapy, stretching, and strengthening. He has a great sense of humor and cares very much about getting you better. The staff here too is very polite and caring. I've been to several Physiotherapists over the years who just want to rush the treatmet and get you out. If you need help, highly recommend coming here. Guneetpal is awesome and you will not regret coming here.“

“Dr Cummings and his staff are amazing. I hurt my lower back Monday. I was able to get in to see Dr Cummings on Tuesday. I’ve seen him 3 times and am almost back to normal. Dr Cummings is great, he listens and treats accordingly. There were no add on surprises and he doesn’t pressure you to rebook if you don’t need to. I highly recommend this office for Chiropractic treatment. I will be back.“

“I have never found as good of a massage therapist as Hatsune in all my life. She is my all time favorite. I have been getting massage regularly since 2015, and wasn’t completely satisfied until I met her. I saw her for massage regularly from 2018-2021, then moved out of Canada and have recently moved back, had a massage with her and am so thankful and happy she’s still here. I have never appreciated a massage therapist as much as her- she understand the body and the muscles so well and makes for an excellent massage every single time. She’s also so kind and happy and it makes for an incredible consistent experience. I hands down highly recommend her.This is also such an amazing place for all your heath needs. I have also had chiropractic and physiotherapy sessions here. It is always such a nice place to come to as everyone is smiling and happy and genuinely feels that they care for your we being!“
