Coming to Thrive has been an absolute game changer for my mobility, recovery and overall wellness balance. I’m a Women's Health Counsellor and Pro Bodybuilder and I put my body and mind through the wringer on the daily. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend Thrive to anyone looking to get a handle on their wellness and body maintenance!

Been coming here for a few months now for acupuncture and adjustment with Dr. Katie and I have been relieved of much back and neck pain. I used to have pain on my lower and upper back after a full week of work but that has been reduced significantly now. It is so easy to book appointments and the availability of appointments after 5pm is good. So easy with insurance too. The clinic is comfortable and in a quiet area too with lots of parking spaces.

Absolutely love this place! All of the staff at Thrive are amazing! We have been taking our son here to see Maggie and Katie, and he has been feeling so much better after his appointments. I had a massage today and Connor was great as well! This is definitely the place is recommended for any massage or chiropractic care in Airdrie!
